  • 1 as needed cooking spray or additional olive oil (for baking)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) or prepare a non-stick skillet if pan-frying.

Step 2

Drain the tofu and press it between two plates or with a tofu press for 10 minutes to remove excess water. Pat it dry with a paper towel.

Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes or rectangles, depending on your preference.
