Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken breast or turkey breast (boneless, skinless)
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 medium Carrots, julienned
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 medium Bell pepper (red or yellow), sliced
  • 3 stalks Green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 4 servings Cooked rice or noodles (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken or turkey into thin strips and set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.

Step 3

In a separate small bowl, combine the cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Set aside.

Step 4

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
