  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 4 slices sliced dill pickles
  • 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
  • 4 large leaves romaine lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

Step 1

Drain the canned tuna thoroughly and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.

Add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and lemon juice to the bowl. Mix well to combine.

Fold in the celery, red onion, and parsley. Stir until evenly distributed.
