Ingredients

  • 500 grams Extra lean ground veal
  • 50 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 50 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 units Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 large Egg
  • 60 milliliters Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk. Allow the breadcrumbs to soak for 5 minutes to form a smooth paste.

Step 3

Add the ground veal, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to the breadcrumb mixture.

Mix all the ingredients gently using your hands until everything is well combined. Be cautious not to overwork the meat mixture to ensure tender meatballs.
