Ingredients

  • 6 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1

Wash and thoroughly dry the baby spinach leaves and place them in a large salad bowl.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
