  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Pistachios, roughly chopped

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the mixed baby greens and arugula. Set them aside in a large salad bowl.

Step 2

Peel the oranges and grapefruit, removing as much of the white pith as possible. Using a sharp knife, cut the citrus into segments by slicing between the membranes. Set the citrus segments aside and catch any juice in a separate small bowl.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice the flesh into thin wedges. Add the avocado slices to the salad bowl with the greens.
