Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 whole Lemon
  • 1 cup Pitted green olives
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 3

Sear the chicken thighs for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Step 4

Reduce the heat to medium, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
