Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.25 cups Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 cups Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the honey mustard sauce.

Step 3

Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish large enough to hold them without overlapping.

Step 4

Pour the honey mustard sauce evenly over the chicken breasts, ensuring all pieces are well coated.

Step 5

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Step 6

Remove the aluminum foil and spoon some of the sauce from the dish over the chicken. Return the dish to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is golden on top.

Step 7

Once done, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Step 8

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm with your favorite sides like rice, roasted vegetables, or a crisp salad.
