Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Rotini pasta
  • 1.5 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber

  • 0.5 cups Black olives (sliced)
  • 0.25 cups Red onion
  • 0.75 cups Feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 0.25 cups Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 0.75 cups Italian salad dressing
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente (usually 8-10 minutes). Drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process and chill the pasta.
