Directions

Step 1

Wash the spinach, parsley, and cilantro thoroughly. Pat dry or spin in a salad spinner.

If using a jalapeño, remove the seeds and stem for a milder heat. Set aside.

Peel the garlic cloves and cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit and scoop out the flesh.
