  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 0.5 teaspoons paprika (for garnish, optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (for drizzling, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Add the drained chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, and salt to a high-speed blender or food processor.
