Ingredients

  • 2 pieces English muffins
  • 120 grams Goat cheese
  • 1 large Tomatoes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a panini press or a skillet over medium heat.

Slice the English muffins in half horizontally to create two halves per muffin.

Spread an equal amount of goat cheese on the inside of each English muffin half.
