Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the fresh mint and coriander leaves thoroughly. Remove any tough stems.

Peel the garlic clove and roughly chop the green chili.

In a blender or food processor, combine the mint leaves, coriander leaves, garlic, green chili, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and ground cumin.
