  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 50 grams breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) or gas mark 6.

Lightly grease a baking dish and arrange the fish fillets in a single layer. Sprinkle with lemon juice and set aside.
