  • 2 tablespoons sour cream (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish (about 8x8 inches) with cooking spray or a bit of olive oil.

In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds, stirring frequently.
