  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, peanut butter, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently but thoroughly with your hands or a large spoon until everything is evenly distributed.
