  • 16 pieces Large button mushrooms
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoons Paprika

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Clean the mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp paper towel. Remove the stems and set the mushroom caps aside on the baking sheet.

Finely chop the mushroom stems and set them aside in a small bowl.
