  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.

Sear the chicken breasts in the skillet for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
