  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • 3 cups steamed jasmine rice

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, and black pepper. Add the beef cubes and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
