Ingredients

  • 2 cups Strawberries
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1.5 cups Pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup Green grapes
  • 1 large Orange
  • 1 small Lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Mint leaves

Directions

Step 1

Wash all the fruit thoroughly under cool running water and pat dry with a clean paper towel.

Step 2

Hull and slice the strawberries into halves or quarters, depending on size.

Step 3

Add the prepared strawberries, blueberries, pineapple chunks, and green grapes to a large mixing bowl.

Step 4

Zest and juice the orange into a small bowl. Discard any seeds.

Step 5

Juice the lemon into the same bowl as the orange juice. Stir in the honey until fully dissolved.

Step 6

Pour the citrus-honey dressing over the fruit in the mixing bowl and gently toss to coat all the fruit evenly.

Step 7

Chop the mint leaves finely and sprinkle them over the salad. Gently toss again to distribute the mint without bruising the fruit.

Step 8

Transfer the fruit salad into a serving dish or individual bowls and garnish with a few whole mint leaves if desired.

Step 9

Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
