Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Arrowroot powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 medium Ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil, melted

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard loaf pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, arrowroot powder, baking soda, sea salt, and cinnamon. Whisk together to ensure even distribution.

Step 3

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, mashed bananas, honey, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil until smooth.

Step 4

Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Gently mix until just combined and there are no visible streaks of flour. Be careful not to overmix.

Step 5

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.

Step 6

Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the top is golden brown.

Step 7

Let the banana bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then carefully transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Step 8

Serve and enjoy plain or with your favorite spread. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
