  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 pieces Crusty bread slices (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.

Step 2

Mince the garlic and sauté it in the melted butter for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook, stirring often, until wilted (about 3-4 minutes).

Chop the canned artichoke hearts into bite-sized pieces and add them to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 more minutes.
