  • 4 large eggs
  • 200 grams mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Clean and slice the mushrooms into thin pieces. Mince the garlic cloves and chop the fresh parsley.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.

Add the garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes, ensuring it does not burn.

Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until softened and browned. Season the mushrooms with a pinch of salt and black pepper, then transfer them to a plate and set aside.
