Ingredients

  • 4 pieces large tomatoes
  • 4 pieces eggs
  • 4 slices sliced prosciutto
  • 8 leaves fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Slice the tops off the tomatoes and use a spoon to carefully hollow out the centers, removing seeds and pulp. Be careful not to puncture the walls of the tomatoes.

Step 3

Drizzle the hollowed-out tomatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle the insides with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Place them in a baking dish.
