  • 4 large Eggs
  • 4 slices Crusty bread or toast, for serving

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and sauté until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
