Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and add milk, salt, and black pepper. Beat the mixture with a fork or whisk until well combined.

Dice the onion and red bell pepper. Peel and slice the avocado. Dice the tomato and chop the cilantro.
