Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, crack and beat the eggs until yolks and whites are well combined.

Add bean sprouts, finely chopped green onions, cooked shrimp or diced ham, sliced mushrooms, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper to the eggs. Stir to combine.
