Ingredients

  • 200 grams Fresh spinach
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 small Onion
  • 100 grams Cherry tomatoes

  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Grated parmesan (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the spinach. Set aside.

Peel and finely chop the garlic and the onion.

Step 3

Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized skillet or pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until softened.
