  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 pieces Celery stalks
  • 0.5 pieces Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt

Directions

Step 1

Bring a pot of water to boil and carefully add the eggs. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes to ensure they are hard-boiled.

Add the chopped eggs to the mixing bowl with the ham, celery, and red onion.

Step 5

Finely chop the parsley and add it to the bowl.

Step 6

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.

Step 7

Pour the dressing over the egg and ham mixture and gently stir until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Step 8

Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt or pepper if needed.

Step 9

Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

Step 10

Serve the egg and ham salad on its own, in a sandwich, or as a topping for crackers or lettuce.
