Ingredients

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 slices Ham
  • 1 slice Cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices Bread
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Cooking oil

Directions

Step 1

Crack the eggs into a small bowl and whisk them with the salt and black pepper until well combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the cooking oil.

Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet and gently scramble them, stirring continuously, until just set. Remove from heat and set aside.
