  • 0.5 cup fresh spinach
  • 0.25 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled

Directions

Step 1

Crack the whole eggs into a medium-sized bowl and add the egg whites.

Add the milk, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the eggs. Whisk thoroughly until everything is well combined and slightly bubbly.
