Ingredients

  • 4 cups Fresh corn kernels (or frozen, thawed)
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

In a large skillet or sauté pan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.

Add the corn kernels to the pan. Stir and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the corn is tender and slightly golden.

Step 4

Sprinkle in the garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and optionally cayenne pepper if you want a bit of heat. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

Step 5

Continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly to allow the flavors to meld together.

Step 7

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm as a side dish.
