Ingredients

  • 1.5 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1.5 teaspoons Toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese (softened)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 24 pieces Dumpling wrappers
  • 0 Water (for sealing the wrappers)
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil (for pan-frying; optional)

Directions

Step 1

1. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil and cook the edamame for 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool slightly.

2. In a food processor, combine cooked edamame, scallions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, cream cheese, and salt. Process until smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides if necessary.

3. Lay out the dumpling wrappers on a clean work surface. Place about 1 teaspoon of the edamame filling in the center of each wrapper.
