Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized Zucchini
  • 2 medium-sized Carrot
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour

  • 2 stalks Green onion

  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Grate the zucchini and carrots using a box grater. Transfer them to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much excess liquid as possible.

Finely chop the green onions and mince the garlic cloves.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, grated carrots, green onions, and garlic.
