Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Use a spoon to break the turkey into small pieces as it cooks.
