Ingredients

  • 2 English cucumber
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill
  • 3 tablespoons White vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the cucumbers, then slice them into thin, even rounds using a sharp knife or mandoline.

Step 2

Peel and slice the red onion into very thin slices. If the flavor of raw onion is too strong for your liking, soak the slices in cold water for 5 minutes before draining and patting dry.

Step 3

Finely chop the fresh dill.

Step 4

In a small mixing bowl, combine the white vinegar, granulated sugar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved and the dressing is well combined.
