Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 8 Taco-sized tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Salsa
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.

Step 3

Drain any excess grease from the skillet, if needed.

Step 4

Stir in the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is fully coated and the liquid has reduced.

While the beef cooks, warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a dry skillet over medium heat until soft and pliable.
