Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef sirloin (thinly sliced)
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots (thinly sliced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 300 grams egg noodles (cooked)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 cup water

Directions

Step 1

Place the thinly sliced beef in a mixing bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Mix well and let the beef marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the wok and set it aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the wok. Stir-fry the minced garlic and grated ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
