Ingredients

  • 20 oz Frozen chopped spinach
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter (melted, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

Step 2

Thaw the frozen spinach by microwaving it in a microwave-safe bowl for 5–7 minutes or until fully defrosted. Drain and squeeze out as much excess water as possible using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Stir the drained spinach into the mixture until fully incorporated.
