  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (for coating)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar with a hand or stand mixer until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
