  • 1 unit red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoons water (for thinning sauce, if needed)

Directions

Step 1

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside, tossing with a splash of sesame oil to prevent sticking.
