  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined but do not overwork the meat.

Step 2

Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into oval-shaped patties about 1/2-inch thick.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until they develop a golden brown crust. Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside.
