Ingredients

  • 1 pound ribeye steak (thinly sliced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 yellow onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese slices

Directions

Step 1

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the sliced peppers and onions to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are softened and slightly caramelized.
