Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing excess paper to hang over the sides for easy removal. Lightly grease the parchment paper.

In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, semi-sweet chocolate chips, unsweetened cocoa powder, and butter.
