  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1.5 cups Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 12 ounces Fettuccine or spaghetti pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Fill a large pot with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring it to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta cooks, pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with half of the salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
