Ingredients

  • 4 sheets Low-fat graham crackers
  • 16 pieces Mini marshmallows
  • 2 squares Dark chocolate squares (70% cocoa or higher)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to broil or set a toaster oven to the broil function.

Step 2

Break each graham cracker sheet in half to create 8 cracker squares.

Step 3

Place 4 graham cracker squares on a baking sheet, and top each with 4 mini marshmallows.

Step 4

Place the baking sheet in the oven and broil for 1–2 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.

Step 5

While the marshmallows are broiling, break the dark chocolate squares into smaller pieces to fit the size of the graham cracker squares.

Step 6

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and immediately place the dark chocolate pieces on top of the toasted marshmallows.

Step 7

Top each s'more with the remaining graham cracker squares and press gently to sandwich them together.

Step 8
