  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 cup Water chestnuts, diced
  • 3 Green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • 0.5 cup Carrots, shredded (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce (for dipping sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar (for dipping sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon Honey (for dipping sauce)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sriracha (for dipping sauce)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sesame oil (for dipping sauce)

Directions

Step 1

Wash the butter lettuce leaves and pat them dry. Set aside on a plate.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
