Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and lightly season with half of the salt and pepper.

Step 2

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.

Step 3

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet. Sauté the minced garlic for 30-40 seconds until fragrant, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
