  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 0.5 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 0.25 teaspoons Sea salt (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Prepare an 8x8-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper, leaving enough overhang for easy removal of the bars.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the peanut butter, honey, and butter. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and thoroughly combined, about 2-3 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and immediately stir in the Rice Krispies cereal. Mix until the cereal is evenly coated with the peanut butter mixture.
