Ingredients

  • 4 pieces white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2

Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and place them on one side of the baking sheet.
